Flashcard Template Collection
Flashcard Template Collection — Editable vocabulary, mathematics, science, language-learning and memory flashcards — 30 cut-out sheets in two sizes with backs that line up, plus five editable DOCX card files.
Flashcards in two forms, for the five kinds of deck people actually build: vocabulary, mathematics, science, language learning, and memory and revision. The printable half is 30 A4 cut-out sheets holding 380 card faces — 190 cards in all, at two sizes (nine large cards to a sheet, twenty small ones), with every FRONTS page followed by a BACKS page that has already been mirrored left to right so that each answer prints behind its own question. The print settings that make that work are spelled out step by step, with a two-page test to run before you commit to a whole pack. The editable half is five DOCX files, one per card type, each holding 9 worked example cards and 12 blank ones in a plain centred layout with no tables and no text boxes, so it opens and edits cleanly in Word, Google Docs, Pages and LibreOffice. Around them: a cut-and-fold guide, a page on what belongs on a card and what does not, storage box labels and deck edge labels, a deck index, the five-box spaced review method with a one-month tracker, and a review session log.
What's inside
- 30 PRINTABLE CUT-OUT SHEETS (PDF, A4): 380 card faces across two sizes — large at 3 × 3 and small at 4 × 5 — every fronts page paired with an already-mirrored backs page
- WORKED EXAMPLE DECKS: five nine-card decks, one per card type — vocabulary, mathematics, science, language learning, and memory and revision — printed fronts and backs
- BLANK THEMED SETS: a large set and a small set for each of the five card types, 145 blank cards in total, each square tagged with its card type and ruled
- FIVE EDITABLE DOCX FILES: Vocabulary, Maths, Science, Language Learning, Memory & Revision — 105 card blocks in all (45 worked, 60 blank), plain centred text with no tables or text boxes so nothing breaks when you edit it
- PRINT SETUP: the double-sided settings that make the backs line up, a two-page test to run first, and what to change if your printer flips the wrong way
- CUT-AND-FOLD GUIDE with diagrams, including the fold-over method for printers that cannot do double-sided
- STORAGE: eight large box labels and sixteen deck edge labels, plus a deck index sheet
- SPACED REVIEW: the five-box method explained in a table, a one-month tick tracker for eight decks, and a review session log
- A page on what belongs on a card and what does not, per card type
How it works
Open the DOCX files in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice and replace the example text with your own details — the layout, spacing and structure are already done. The PDF guide walks you through step by step, with ready-to-use wording you can adapt.
