Downloads are delivered the instant your payment clears, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has gone through. If you bought the wrong asset by mistake, email support@stockly.cc with your order number and we will help.

Your download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as you pay, and the same link is emailed to you. Keep that email — you can use the link again whenever you need the files.

Everything we sell is a digital download. Because the files reach you instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and digital products are non-refundable.

It depends on the asset — PDF, EPUB, editable source files or a ZIP of website files. Every product page lists exactly what is included before you buy.
