Licensing Guide

Every Stockly product comes with the same licence, so you always know where you stand. No tiers to compare, nothing hidden in fine print.

What you can do

• Use it personally — plan your wedding, track your budget, teach your kids, print as many copies as your household needs.
• Use it in your business — with your clients and your clients' data. An accountant can run every client's books on our bookkeeping template; a wedding planner can plan every wedding with our planner; an agency can build client sites from our website templates.
• Edit it freely — rename categories, change colours, delete tabs, translate it. Once it's yours, shape it to the way you work.
• Print without limits — for yourself, your classroom, your team or your event.
• Keep it forever — one payment, lifetime use, free future updates to the same product.

What you cannot do

• Resell or redistribute the files — edited or unedited, free or paid. This includes uploading them to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, Telegram groups or "free resources" pages.
• Bundle them into your own product — you cannot include a Stockly file inside something you sell, give away as a lead magnet, or package into a course.
• Claim authorship — you cannot present a Stockly template as your own design work or remove our attribution from files that carry it.
• Share your download — the licence covers you (and your business), not your audience. If someone else wants the file, they buy their own copy: it costs less than a lunch.

The one exception — website templates

Our website templates are meant to become your website (or your client's). Publishing the finished, customised site is exactly the intended use and does not count as redistribution. What you cannot do is sell or give away the template files themselves.

Two quick examples

Allowed: You buy the Social Media Content Calendar, use it to plan posts for all five of your agency's clients, and print it for your team.

Not allowed: You buy the Kids Worksheets Starter Pack and email the PDF to your school's parent WhatsApp group. Each family needs its own copy.
