3. SHIPPING POLICY

Stockly does not ship anything. Every product is a digital download, so there is no courier, no tracking number, and no shipping charge on any order, anywhere in the world.

How you receive your files

The moment your payment is confirmed:

- A download link appears on the order confirmation page in your browser.
- The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.

Most orders are available within a minute of payment.

What you will get

Files arrive as a .zip archive. Inside you will typically find the spreadsheet or document itself, a PDF guide, and a Read Me. The exact contents are listed on each product page. You will need software that opens the file type named there — usually Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any PDF reader.

If your download does not arrive

First check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Stockly. If it is not there within 30 minutes, email admin@grandfieldmedia.com with your order number and we will send your files directly. We reply within 2 business days.

Download links

Download links stay active so you can re-download your purchase. If a link has expired, email us and we will reissue it.

Taxes and duties

There are no customs duties on digital goods. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
